This is some fly-by-night company that will never actually do what you pay them to do. Their ckient hit my wife's car nearing 2 months ago and now they won't respond. Someone hit my car and left the scene. they insured him. this happened on mid October 2021. is December 21 and still waiting for someone to even reach out to me and tell me they're handling my case. Very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. most of my calls went to a recording to leave my info and I'm told some one will call me back. nobody ever calls back!! I'm starting to think I'm going to be left to pay for my damages myself. very very bad company!! I'm inviting everyone that has been left hanging to get together and go personally to their place and get some answers. you're welcome to reach out to me.

This company randomly popped up on my credit report, I don't know how because honestly I haven't had insurance on my car for over a year. I really hope they get that off my credit report, I didn't even know what this company was at first till I did research and apparently they are a sketchy company.

I got hit by one of their cust /policyholders and they still haven’t called me back for my claim ! Been a week. Smh. Last resort is to sue

This is such a sketchy company!! Do not use them even if they’re the cheapest!!! They didn’t give me my insurance ID cards until I asked for it, then we sold one of our cars and I called to have them take it off and she said we had to email them to take it off, so I did. I never heard anything back from them. I sent a follow up email asking if they received my request and also for the link to a member portal so I could keep track of everything myself and all I got for a reply was “I’m not allowed to divulge that information. Please email Links Insurance Service.” Which is a whole different company!! So now I have no idea how to even pay my monthly bill, no idea if they took my car off, and no idea where to even look because their website has no information. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I will be switching again as soon as stimulus hits the bank.

Over all i got good rates however when it was time to renew my play there was no online option and mow that i have renewed it they have not uploaded it to my online account making it easier to pay online...its really frustrating because my work hours interfere with their customer service hours making it hard for me to call to make a payment

Does anyone have a good number to reach them? The website number is no good…I have to file a claim with them and of their insured members
