STAY AWAY!!!! Don't believe their sales reps!!! Every word they say is a lie!!!! Do not sign any contracts with them!!! They won't tell you a thing about what you are really signing! Then, when you realize how much money you lost, it's going to be too late. The Worst!!!!!

Very reliable and trustworthy company. Always response quickly to email and addresses our concerns. We have increase sales over 15% this first quarter do to having more methods of accepting payments and low rates.

OMG dont sing up with this company !! is the worst customer service i had experience the will hang up the phone on you!, and will not help you at all!! they have send me my equipment wrong to times and gave me a different price every time and when i wanted to cancel the got rude! and have been charging my account when i havent used their service!!!

The worst customer service they will not help you out with the errors in the contract James king was my sales man I asked for a 2 year contract and I got a 4 year contract he won't call me back to help fix the problem called customer service rep and got yelled at no one at red payments knows how to help there customer's and treat them right so the customer's will always be happy and come back I would not recommend red payments. they need training on how to do business right and how you treat your customer's right they could be the best if they only tryed to do business right.I am all about customer service I go above and beyond if something is not right I will fix it and see how happy my customers are that's why we are a 5 🌟 and you are not

Service for payment processing was great for our newly purchased business. Simple to use processor. Good customer service. Reasonable rates.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Hidden fees! They kept charging me after i canceled service less than 30 days of service. Sales rep made promises he couldn't keep, service is NOT saving me money as i was told. I'm so frustrated, Don't be next Victim!
