Added review on 6/22/20 I really appreciated the response from the owner where he/she was going to look in to the problem. However, today, I received a letter from the initial person I spoke to, terminating us as client... I guess that person has more power than the owner... By the way, my business is No More Phone Tag, Inc., established in 1991. As I said before, up to dealing with this person, I have been satisfied or even very satisfied with REA's services. Now, I would not recommend them to anybody. Original review: We’ve been a customer of our REA & associates for about 15 years. They have been a good firm to deal with, and a good friend of mine switched to them on my recommendation in the last year. Our rates have been stable with small increases every few years. Then out of the blue, I got the invoice for a corporate turn this year. It was at 45% increase without any warning. There were no changes in the work they did, and we had not grown in any way shape or form. When I called and complained, the person I spoke to told me it was his decision. When I told him how unprofessional I thought it was to do such dramatic raise without any warning, he hung up on me. At first, I gave two stars because of all the work done before. I really wanted to give one star.
