RCB Bank E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow

RCB Bank has some very nice and polite employees. The financial issues that I need to address was not completed satisfactory..I have not received any communication from RCB despite a court order was submitted in person.. tergiversate . I received a response back from the complaint. This photo document demonstrate I did go to this bank on Dec 22, 2021 as this photo time stamp demonstrate. So no person at this RCB location, does not remember a onyx man in a suit and tie. See documents RCB and SSA. Originally I was going to open a account with this bank as to have a second bank option.. Custom needs come first regardless of there complexion.

I've had an account with no issues for 16 years. I highly recommend RCB. This being said I've also have/had accounts at several other banks. RCB is the only bank I've kept.

We sold a bunk bed. Had buyer pay with cashiers check. Turned it in to RCB. It was held and cleared with in 3 days. We paid moving company and sent bed out. # days later RCB took the money back and said it was a bad check. Now we are out $800 before Christmas with 5 kids. Thanks RCB.

Always friendly staff quick easy drive thru. Never do i have an issue unlike alot of other banks which is most annoying. They tret you good here and respect your time. I definitely like this bank 5 stars all day for me also locations are convient.

Good customer service, change people to often tho

Extremely rude staff, from the first person that took my deposit to the lady at the front desk who glared me down the entire time I was in there. I’ve been with this bank for over 6 years. Went in to make a deposit and they treated me like garbage. This location has absolutely zero customer service.

Been with RCB for 12 years and could not he happier. They actually pay you Instead of you paying them. It's a novel idea in this day and age!?! I tell everyone I know about them and now I'm telling everyone I don't know 😂

Slow as can be. Even a year later and nothing has changed.

Been with them for almost ten years and couldn't be happier.
