Razor One LLC Heritage Dr, Jupiter

Razor One solicited my dealership 6 weeks ago. They stated they were a new lender with great prime credit rates. We submitted all the required paperwork with 2 days from their first contact with us. We initially dealt with Ryan during this sign up process, which was unorganized and many questions went unanswered. We were reserved about sending them deals because of how the sign up process went. After many calls by Razor asking for us to submit deals, we finally sent one. Rock solid customer on a 2018 vehicle with 80k miles. Once we received the approval on that customer, we were asked to send of proof of income to verify which sounded odd with the customer's credit profile, but we complied. We waited the entire day with the customer in our showroom without receiving verification back from Razor. We called many times only to be told the documents would be reviewed "sometime". Ryan was unable to provide any assistance and apologized many times for not being able to provide concrete answers. We had an approval on this deal and the income matched what we submitted it as. We rolled the vehicle. It's been 15 days later and we have not been funded. We started having conversations with Bruce, who claims to be the owner. On many occasions he told our finance manager as well as me he was funding the deal the same day. This has gone on for over a week. We have learned through Ryan that Bruce does not make the funding decisions and Razor was waiting on capital. Ryan or Bruce will not offer any additional contact info on who is able to fund deals. Bruce will not answer any more of our calls at this point. Bruce is unprofessional and has no problem lying to dealers. If you're not able to indirectly fund deals, don't give approvals.

This finance company is a complete joke!!! Sent 2 deals in, was told by Ryan and Bruce, check had been overnighted, never received check. Then they told us they would ACH the money, Well... here it is a month and half later. STILL NO MONEY!!! Do yourself a favor- DO NOT SEND ANY DEALS TO THIS BANK... you will NEVER get paid on the deals..

Bank has no money, contracted several deals with them, they told us several times they were sending funding, never did. Even went as far as to make a fake fed ex label, gave us the tracking number, it was never sent.

Bank has no money, you call for a deal in house for funding and they wont answer. Only answer we got fianlly was a from a rep and he said he had been terminated due no CAPITAL> Dont sign up with this bank.

DON'T DO BUSINESS, THEY SEND OUT APPROVALS AND THEN CHANGE UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SIGNING UP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY GO THROUGH ANOTHER BANK TO GET FUNDING....I PUT UP A POST AND TOOK IT DOWN, THINKING BRUCE WOULD GET IT STRAIGHT BUT A MONTH LATER AND STILL NO FUNDING AND MORE STIPS NEEDED WHICH WAS DIFFERENT FROM 1ST APPROVAL. CUSTOMER BEEN IN MY CAR SINCE 1/9. SO IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS THATS WHAT THEY DESERVE.
