Alec got handed a loan that needed to be rescued from a loan company who had told a couple they could buy a house, but then at the last minute said they could not do the loan. Alec and Rapid stepped in, got them qualified and setup, and worked after hours and through weekends, overcame some hard obstacles very quickly, and got them setup in their house.
