They are a scam. They took me for $986.00. Do not respond to them.

Plus we don’t have any services that can charge you that amount of money, I think you have us mistaken us but we want to help you get to the bottom of this. I have done my taxes here for the past 6 years at first they were good but these last two years they are full of malarkey. They mail letters saying you qualify for a tax loan 24hrs or less... then they qualify you but don't send out the paperwork until 2days later so it takes longer for you to get your tax loan. They do the basic efile which you can do yourself and they are slow they are not real tax professionals. They just seem scared of everything cause they got audited a couple of years ago. They treat people like they are doing fraud.... I will not be doing my taxes here in the future!
