It turns out I got lucky because there is no way in hell I would've found a better Manager for my mortgage during the whole process through the close of my first home. I've worked with some really great real-estate agents in the past, but I had never worked with a great lender until this most recent property purchase. Randy helped me secure a loan that I am extremely happy with. Even with a few expected bumps in the road (due to some less than straight forward self employment circumstances), the entire experience was easy and I felt confident that it was being handled expertly.
