Went to get an oilchange for a 2018 f-150. They were really quick and did a good job.

Our salesman LT Schoonover made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. LT did all he could to make us feel safe and secure in the transaction, in spite of the fact that we were 150 miles away from Ramey Ford in Princeton, WVA, and had never seen the vehicle we were looking to buy, except for the internet listing. But LT made the process work, first and foremost because he didn't play the games that other car salesmen play, and he did everything he could (and more) to alleviate our concerns and show us and tell us all he could about the car. And that gave us the confidence to purchase a vehicle that we had never seen, nor driven, in person. LT's candor and cards-on-the-table professionalism is the only reason we are now driving the car of our dreams. I encourage anyone looking for a fair deal on a fine vehicle, and wishes for a sales experience without all the razzmatazz that usually accompanies car shopping, to call Ramey Ford, and ask to speak to LT. I don't know what LT's initials stand for, but the Ford Edge he put us in is surely "Luxurious Transportation", and is everything he said it was. Amillionthanx!!!

Worked with Terry Freeman twice this year and both times were able to buy a vehicle that fit our budget. Terry is courteous and professional. The icing on the cake is vehicles were delivered to us!

The staff at the service desk is why I come back. Kathy is the type of person I like dealing with. I can trust what she says is the truth and not trying to gouge for money. I do dread when she calls and my truck is being worked on (that’s usually bad news ).

Plenty of new and used cars, all detailed and guaranteed to meet your standards. Nice waiting area, speedy service and great information. Simply ask anyone, usually they will approach you as you arrive of course. Much information is available online as well if your just browsing around.

One of the best service departments in the area. The employees are great to work with and always friendly. I especially like the service specials that are emailed to me I just wish they came a little more often.
