Always have taken my car for service here and will continue. Prices are fair and unlike many places I never feel that they are trying to get more money out of me and finding problems. They often do exactly as asked and explain everything fully. If going here for a first time talk to either Pat or Steve who are the two greatest people that work there.

Bought a 2014 Honda CRV. Looked good as new. Certified program is pretty amazing. Did thorough research online and discovered they were right on the price too. No stress, no haggling. Sure they try to sell you some extras but they're pretty laid back about it and don't put in the pressure when you say no. Pretty easy and painless. Actually somewhat... enjoyable.

People are very nice and helpful. The service I had done was excellent. Unfortunately, my 1 year old Odyssey transmission has become quite clunky. Not Ralph Honda's fault, but Honda knows it's a problem with 2018 Odyssey's and they will not do anything about it.

Had an oil change and inspection which was fairly timely, no complaints! I will probably be coming back unless I find a better price and the same service.

I brought my Honda Fit in due to a defect in my fairly new tire. I left it over night with the understanding that a manager needed to look over the tire and decide if it was under warranty. I had to call 3 times, and finally at 5pm I was told my car was out on a test drive. I was very disappointed that I knew nothing throughout the day what was going on with my vehicle.

Very good services...I requested a 80 dollar service online. My wife stopped by for the service en came back with 205 dollar bill. It is Not fair to pay more for a 80 dollars service. Clearly they tricked my wife.

My van is running great again thanks to service writer Steven Pecora and tech Juston Osborne. Steven also helped me get a Veterans discount. It's nice to see Veterans honored for their service, it doesn't happen as much as it should but at Ralph Honda just show your VA ID card and you receive a discount. Thanks Steve, D.S.
