Brian left us in a pot of hot water with the IRS, became unresponsive to the point we felt like we were harassing his business and then he just said he was not going to deal with it, and would not return a phone call to have a basic discussion about what happened.

Well what do you know! About a month later I got a check in the mail from 2 years ago that I should have gotten. His price is reasonable, he now calls every month just to see how things are going. I live in South Florida in the winter, and Boston in the summer. I have bussneses in both areas. I was looking for an accountant were I could just send everything to and not be bothered but trust. A friend recommended Bryan, said she would trust him with anything, so I took the free consult, I spent maybe 30min there, he was fast, very humble and professional. That day I got rid of my other accountant who I would constantly get calls from, emails ugh you name it. Now I could not be happier. I literally drop off a box of paper work, he goes through it all and sorts it and just sends me 1 text. When I'm in Boston I send him a box in the mail and the same thing 1 text. I would have to agree with the above customer. My business it very complicated. We do the same, we give Mr. Pybus everything he doesn't ask questions, puts everything in order and sends us a monthly report, answers the phone just about every time i call or calls back shortly after. I to cannot say enough.
