I love banking at the PECU branch on Medical Parksay in Austin. They provide any banking service I have needed, including even international wire transfers, in a friendly and efficient manner. I enjoy having familiar staff compared with the impersonal treatment at the big banks I used to used. I highly recommend them.

I have been with PECU for over a decade! A friend a worked with said you should bank here, everyone who works here doses. So I went to check it out and everyone is so nice and helpful. The employees there are some of the same employees that I have worked with for years. PECU is so easy to work with. I needed a loan and they helped me. I need accounts for my kids PECU super helpful. I love that I can find a location all over Austin. Oh I almost forgot to tell about the time someone hacked my account PECU was like “ humm she never spends money like this” , they called and was like Ma’am are you in New Orleans and spend $800 ? I was NNOOO!! Well needless to say they took care of me got my money back and a new card. Because of how good PECU is I am banking here for life.

This is one branch I enjoy coming to again and again...the regular tellers are very personable and friendly, the modifications at the branch make banking convenient, and they even put up with my efforts to 'recycle' :^D I love the central location, and hope they remain for many years to come!

The person handling our auto refinance was very knowledgeable and never hesitated when answering our questions. We were in and out in less than 1 hour, mainly because they don't require nearly as many forms to fill out.
