I love this bank, the only thing I don't like is the daily spending limit. I know it's there to protect you from times when your card is stolen, but I wish that it was at least a $5,000 limit so you don't have to call in to get your limit changed. Especially during emergencies when you need cash to fix a car or the holidays when you spend the most.

I think this financial institution gets its good reputation from their low interest rates on loans; it cannot be for any other reason. Every attempt to talk to a human being either on the phone or in person is met with contempt and/or general unwillingness to help. Customer service is not impressed upon their employees, which is a shame.

The employees over the phone are some of the rudest most unproffesional people I have ever had to speak to. And it's not just one employee, no matter who you get on the phone they have an attitude like you are bothering them by asking them to do their job. I called to find out mortgage rates and the woman on the phone couldnt be bothered. Rude and inconsiderate. After 5 years with them, we will be switching banks

Don't let their introductory rates and low interest rates hook you. If you ever run into financial issues and fall behind on a payment, they remove your online access to your accounts as if its a privilege to use online services. Both me and my wife are long time members (over 12 years each) and used to love their services, but over the last year or so they went from friendly, helpful and caring for their customers to full on ninja loan Nazis! I've personally gotten 14 members from my own family to faithfully bank solely with this institution despite the many inconveniences of not having any physical branches and so many hoops to jump through to join this circus. Let's say not a single one of them can agree the service they provide is worth the hassle. Such a shame to see such a great institution turned into a greedy inconsiderate corporation that my whole family's money helped build. What can you expect from a State Employee run organization. I guess we should have seen it coming.

Never using this bank again. Always a hassle to try and do anything with your account. Every time I call in I’m on the phone for at least an hour.

Living in another state but still using. Love the dividend per year I don't get with other credit unions, ease of the website, great rates on loans.

I have power of attorney for my mom, who had a stroke. I sold her house, and went to deposit a large check into her account. It was unsigned. The teller said "I can't deposit that, it's not signed". I said my mom can't write, here's the power of attorney. "No, that's a large check, I can't deposit it". I said "I'm not trying to cash it, I'm trying to put it into her account". She said it would take 24 hours for the POA to be reviewed and that I'd have to sign a paper to be notarized. She said, "But I think the girl who does that is going on break". I saw her approach the girl and ask if she could notarize it, and the girl responded loudly "no, I'm going on break". It would have taken 2 minutes. So I went to AAA to have it done, where they do understand what the words "customer service" mean. I will be closing my accounts with PSECU. Including my mother's.

Website states the 1 Credit Union/HACC location is open on Saturdays, 9-5PM. Not true, but hey, banks care nothing about its members, only themselves and profits (bonus checks). I wish you could give them zero stars.
