Provident Bank Broadway, Bayonne

I have been going here for almost a year now with no problems so far. The wait time is a few minutes at most whenever I go at around 3pm. I just wish they were opened later considering there aren't many branches, but a good thing is they don't close earlier than posted time like a lot of businesses do in Bayonne. One suggestion for provident concerning the app is they should add the feature to dispute purchases via the app like other banks have so customers can report fraud faster as opposed to waiting to call days later on my day off.

our family has banked with Provident for years. We are very happy with the service and support we have gotten over the years. The team is polite. Customer service is excellent. What more can we ask for?

the worst bank ever branch 569 broadway, bayonne ,nj, 07002 they have the worst customer service and guess what even the manager she has an attitude, i can't do nothing for you, why you don't understand ( she said), like i'm stupid, i'm not stupid. and she said do you know who you talking to with an ego . all of that because she make a mistake on my account don't deal with this bank they will steal your money and will blame you

Did a fantastic job accommodating me and all the quesrions i had about CD's and business bank account.

If i could give this place less that one star , i would !!! Unprofessional staff including the manager . I do not know how some of their staff even got a job there . Too many mistakes and when you actually confront them and ask them to explain something they tell you to go on their website and figure it out or hand you punch of papers to read . Stay away !!
