Prosperity Bank Virginia Pkwy, Mckinney

So many rules about when and how much money we could get out... our money... switching banks! Only drive thru open on weekend. To cheap to pay staff obviously which limits customers ability to access their funds on weekends. Horrible service, shame on prosperity

This location is the lowest location of Customer Service Among all other branches. I have been banking at this location for years but once this new team and management are in. I do not recommend this location to be where you take your business.

I've been with this bank since it was View Point and for about 10 years. It's a nice friendly bank. The managers name is Daniel. He's the best part of the bank. He's a kind and professional banker. He doesn't hide behind the scenes, he's out there helping people. They have good hours and the drive thru is open even longer.

I have had an account with this company since having a "Rex Kids Club" account with Community Credit Union. The company has slowly gotten worse every time it got bought out/ changed names and prosperity is the one to finally get me to change banks.

Horrible bank do not recommend using them they have gone downhill since the merger I will be looking at other banks to move my accounts

Amanda is amazing! The other tellers needs customer service classes!
