Prosperity Bank E Plano Pkwy, Plano

In 2018 my Mother and I walked into this branch of Legacy Bank in east Plano TX to put a POD {pay on death} on her accounts. Unfortunately today I returned to what is now "Prosperity Bank" to take possession of those accounts. They don't have the POD on file.... They lost it somewhere and really didn't seem to care. Now at minimum I will spend $1000 to gain access after hiring an attorney. We both planned everything so its easy on the survivor if the other goes. And everything has been very smooth except this banks total incompetence. Thank You Prosperity Bank for making things more difficult during this hardship.

If I could rate this facility and the customer service skills of Reena a "0" I would. I have banked with this institution, financed cars, and entrusted them with my funds for over 25+ years. I will be closing my accounts tomorrow. This is not the institution it was in years past; Legacy Texas no longer is a has a client focus or client-centric culture.

I'm not real happy with the good folks at LegacyBank this morning. They charged a $12 fee because my savings account dipped below the minimum level. That one fee was greater than all the interest earned on that account for the whole year. Their .1% (yes point 1 percent) annual yield on that account is ridiculously low. Most online banks are at 2-2.35% annual yield. Time to change banks.

If I could give these people zero I honestly would. Didn’t change my address. Didn’t send me a card after calling them multiple times. Honestly prosperity bank sucks, legacy was so much better.

since Legacy Texas switched to Prosperity I have had more issues then i have had with legacy since they switched TO legacy. Prosperity bank has been garbage

This bank charges $35/hr to pull MY ACCOUNT HISTORY.

Not business friendly. Real stingy with MY money
