Disrespectful, unhelpful and unkind staff. Do not care for customers or personal issues. They do not run a fully staffed bank on Saturday, and act like it's your fault you work Monday - Friday the same hours they are open. So if you need help from a loan officer or anyone higher up than a lead teller you are sol

There's a reason this branch has so many bad reviews. You're made to almost feel stupid when you're there. If it wasn't for my company making me come here I surely wouldn't. 9 times out of 10 I'm so frustrated that I literally won't even look at them by the time I leave. I've had a different experience with the bank manager she was polite with me so I can't speak on that as far as the other reviews go.

Due to the lack of all around customer service with Prosperity Bank at all locations (this location was the security guard). It was raining so I came in with a hood on. First thing out his mouth and it wasn't even words,, it was a gesture that i caught a glimpse of. I stopped and asked what he did. He replied,(so now I know he can speak) "remove the hoodie". I asked where the was a sign, he point and then mumbled "read the sign, that noone reads".. I'm like really, it's raining, I'm looking down, and IT'S NOT IN THE LITTLE FOYER AREA but, it was posted on the glass facing outward. As I'm there finishing up, upon exiting. The Security guard went to the foyer area with cell phone in hand and proceeded finishing whatever was on the phone (not a call) doing,(when I came in initially the phone was in his hand also). I said leaving walking pass him, "Have a Good Day." The guy didn't budge or flinch, so I said "Sir, you the security guard", have a nice day", the guy act as if he couldn't here me, and completely ignored me like I didn't exist. With this being said, I don't feel comfortable banking with prosperity Bank, when there's signs of prejudice (especially from a security guard) that I should continue banking here. With all that took place in the brief moment. I felt uncomfortable walking out the door with the withdrawal I just made. I sat in the car for a moment like what if??

HORRIBLE experience with one of the NOTARY (Sue Luther) on December 10, 2018 at the 3945 Little York location. My mother, a longterm friend and I only needed an official government unclaimed property form notarized and we were treated unfairly. As I was politely explaining the documents, she cut me off and stated let her read it. Immediately afterwards, she informs us she's uncomfortable notarizing and as a notary she can refuse it. To my surprise, I kindly asked on what are your reasons and she stated the document are not clear on who has to sign the Affidavit of Heirship. Immediately, I began calling the clerk whom I spoken to prior along with my lawyer and was unable to get through at that particular time. While I was on hold, I reached out to the documents I gave to Sue (notary) and began reading through it and kindly showed her where it does explains the clarity on the first page regarding who has to sign in front of the affidavit. Not sure why she did not read this when i submitted the documents to her initially, especially after she cut me off in the middle of my conversation at the beginning. ONLY afterwards, she quickly slid the papers over to my childhood friend, making him feel uncomfortable, and stated you sign here. Before he can sign both documents, she pulled it away from him and look at it and then stated "You didn't sign this one" in a rude tone. I then shared with her she didn't give him time to sign because you pulled it away from him. Finally, the documents were notarized and we walked out feeling like we were mistreated for no reason and the notary person (Sue) was rude and totally disrespectful to all of us. Both my mom and I are clients of Prosperity Bank and we have never experienced such behavior ever. I really hope no one ever has this experience we encountered and something is done immediately to ensure this does not occur again with us nor anyone else due to the notary person (Sue Tucker) behavior. I also contacted the bank and spoke to Bank Manager (Carmen Bernal) and the bank president (Jack Battle) and shared our horrible experience and requested them both to please ensure proper plans are in place to avoid re-occurrence. I do not feel comfortable visiting this bank location and/or interacting with this person again. I pray no one has to deal with the same ordeal we had to experience.

Never a line! Straight to the business which is what I need as a small business owner! Daisy Martinez is one of the most efficient bankers Ive ever had the pleasure to work with.
