Prosperity Bank Indiana Ave, Lubbock

My experience with prosperity bank sucks. I get 2 diff answers and I hope I gave lowest rating possible. I do not agree with your 3.00 fee when I pay people for doing work. Can't get a call back. I will be moving my accts to. A different bank if no resolution can be made. 3 15 17 @ 132pm

Supervisor was very rude to me on the phone and in person about my banking issue. Will not be banking with them again due to too many issues and not very helpful service.

I run a store that requires change. We are always told that the bank is out of change. Depending on the week, it might be out of pennies or quarters or dimes. Sometimes multiple. They say it is due to a coin shortage. However, when I go to a competitor bank they know nothing of it.

Horrible customer care!There could be zero cars in the motor bank and be the only customer and they take 15 -20 min to process a small Transaction....I wish there was a closer Branch to me....These People always make me late to work no matter what time I come....I'm not a Fan of the Bank. We will be changing soon!... I have called and complained in the Bank and they Ignore and never resolve anything!....I would Never RECOMMEND this Bank to anyone!...Trust me you are better off anywhere else!

Staff was very helpful in assisting me with an issue I had on my checking account. Very friendly.

You are better off going to another Branch!
