Great people. Bought a very nice used S&W shield. Very clean. Told the guy what I was looking for. I got a very good deal. Clean & friendly. I even put another gun on layaway. I’ll be doing lot of my gun business here. They treat you like family!

Everything was high priced in here. Looked at maybe 4 items I was interested. I could buy them all elsewhere for $50 or more less. Most of the times going to pawn shop for deals as most items don’t have warranties. Check around. Could overpay.

An awesome bunch of people. I personally don’t pawn anything so I can’t give a review on that but as far as buying guns, ammo, and basically anything these guys are amazing. Very friendly, very helpful, and very professional. I’ve purchased several guns from them and just recently used them as my FFL and they handled everything including storing my rifle until I was available to pick it up. They are so easy to deal with, they follow the law, as a good FFL should, and they work with you on your schedule to get the sale and make another happy customer. Thank you pronto for setting the bar on good customer service. I will be back!

Simply tried to cash a check. They allowed one guy right before me to cash his check without verifying with the company and I could verify it by a phone call. They refused to call any number besides the one on google due to possible fraud. I explained the number listed is the company office number and they leave before i get off. Instead of trying to work with me the older dirty blonde woman was extremely rude and refused to help any further. I suggest going elsewhere to catch checks or pawn your things. They really lowball here also. I won't be coming back.

"THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTELY" has become my one stop shop for just about anything that isn't perishable or disposable! The staff members for the greatest part obviously and genuinely care about their customers and enjoy their jobs. I have a pleasant visit whether I am going to buy a new gun, or if I'm short on money and have to pawn something. If I could give more stars there'd be 20!! You guys are doing an awesome job, keep up the excellent work Pronto!!

Hands-down the best pawn shop in Mobile Alabama And surrounding areas. If I want something from a pawnshop I go To pronto pawn and I live in Fairhope but I always come over here the people are always friendly willing to help and don’t have no problem giving you a deal on things.

I tried to cash my paycheck, which was a legitimate paycheck, at 7 different renowned locations including Wal-Mart, but Pronto was the only place that cashed it. Everyone was friendly and I've made 2 purchases there so far and with each purchase they threw in something extra. Ie. I bought a small T.V. and a universal remote was given to me with the T.V.

Went to buy a bunch of games. The woman working there was very polite and helpful and gave me a good deal on the massive amount of games I brought. One of the guys on the other hand was completely stern and rude when I tried to make him an offer. Didn’t leave no room for negotiations or anything. The games look like they was gonna be there for a while so I tried to cut a deal and buy all of em. But the response was a simple “nope”. So I just went with it and decided to pick a few games I really wanted and go my way. And the lady was kind enough to give me a better offer. So I gladly took it and got a lot more games. They guy was still acting stern and didn’t even give a copy of my receipt after the purchase even after he told me to sigh the first one. I just ignored asking him because I really didn’t need it, but principles.
