I worked there as an account manager in 2020 between April and November, and my experience there was awesome! The atmosphere is very welcoming and reassuring. If you're new to customer service and looking to gain communication skills, this company will train you efficiently and effectively to assist clients and handle their debts. Any mistakes made are handled with care and they look for solutions rather than play the blame game. There are a few critiques I will make so the company can research into them to make their workers there feel more motivated: 1. You don't gain PTO. When you work there for 6 months, you're given 3 days of PTO. At 12 months, you're given another 3 or 4. After that, if you need time off, you request it in advance, and then make those missed days up either with extra hours or working on weekends. I think a system of gaining PTO periodically would be beneficial and bring motivation. 2. They mark you as a salaried worker, but they expect you to come in between very specific hours, Monday through Friday. I would be upfront and let them know that they are technically hourly, but because of the bonuses they give they mark you as salary to allow that extra wiggle room for more income. The honesty will help prevent confusion and build that sense of trust. 3. The organization of tasks was not too great at first, but they did implement a more efficient program to help delegate tasks and not let clients fall behind. One of their workers, Marquis (I believe I spelled that correctly), had a very effective and efficient system to keep track of clients that called in and needed assistance but could not be handled immediately. If he could do the new employee training to help self organize tasks, I feel that company could excel greatly. I truly appreciate the experience they gave me and allowing me to work with them for those few months! It is great for growth and gaining professional work experience and I would recommend it to those looking to build up those skills!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I came to them with over 7k worth of debt. They helped me stop the debits and get these loans paid off. The staff was always courteous and kind. They walked me through each step and if I needed payments moved around they always helped no questions asked. If you are like me and got yourself in trouble with Payday loans and advances they can help you! They actually finished my accounts well before my deal with them was up and I got money back from what was not used. Don't let the debt drown you. This company is fantastic.
