ProFed Credit Union S Hanna St, Fort Wayne

Not my bank but my mother loves it ❤️ because banking here for years.

On Thursday, January 12th at approximately 9:00am, our Penske truck broke down directly across the street from this bank. We were going to be stranded on the truck for an hour and a half during a heavy rainstorm waiting for Penske to help us. I'm also 6 1/2 months pregnant, and needed to use the restroom. This bank would not allow me to use their restroom, even in this emergency situation. Instead, they suggested I walk to a bowling alley. Then the Fort Wayne police officer stationed in the bank said that wouldn't work because the bowling alley wouldn't open until 4pm. He then suggested that I walk to the nearest gas station 3/4 mile away, along a highway without sidewalks. In the end, I had to sit on the truck and just wait. There was a perfectly good restroom in this bank, but I wasn't allowed to use it. This bank, plus the police officer inside, instead suggested that a 6 1/2 month pregnant woman walk 3/4 of a mile down a highway without sidewalks in the pouring down rain.

Alexis was a pleasure to work with. They even have a coin counting machine inside. Very nice branch for your banking needs.

Great locations for the commuter looking to take care of their banking on the way to and from work! I've never had a problem here.

Profed is the worst bank (credit union) I ever been with! Unprofessional staff, rude management, limited locations.
