First of all, I am new to anything and everything probate. I have waiting on a payout for almost 2 years and I was ready to pull my hair out. I had put some feelers out for information regarding an early partial payout from our case and William Smith (Will) reached out to me. When I say this was EASY, I am not kidding. This company does every bit of footwork every step of the way, I didn't have to aquire any documents except identification. The fee is more than reasonable, and Will made himself available for any questions I had, no matter how small and no matter how simply he had to explain it.
