    I got a car from here just over a year ago. I haven't had any issues with this company at all. The interest is a bit high but that's the price of sublending and credit building. I am happy with my car and the company. I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

    Checked my credit to see a balance and my account marked as charged off even though they received payment in full from the insurance agency. Stay away from company!!!

    I don’t understand the many negative reviews this company has. But, after reading so many comments I can see a trend: the complainers are people who don’t pay on time, but most importantly, they DONT communicate. This is a subprime lender, it will give loans to people with horrible credit. What can you expect if you don’t pay? This company is risking their business all the time by lending money to people who have no credit at all. My experience with them has been great. It was hard to let my beloved car go, but they and 722 funding worked with me to get another car, and not any car, they got me a brand new car with lower monthly payments. I couldn’t believe I would be driving a brand new car after filling for bankruptcy. Thank you Prizm and thank you 722 funding, you’re good work make a big difference in people who is really struggling financially.

    We and the place we are selling our car to have been trying to get hold of these people for 2 days. They close during their business hours and there is no way to leave a message for anyone. This is a complete joke.

    So, I feel everybody in the reviews. There are a couple of people sending emails that should learn how to even compose an email, let alone have a polite and proper way to talk to customers. THAT BEING SAID… this people have work with me and my family. With the pandemic we lost 50% of our salary. I was late with payments, we got the calls and the emails… BUT THEY HAVE AWAYS WORKED WITH ME… my piece of advise is COMMUNICATE, pick up their phone calls and talk. They do listen.

    Spoke to three different people about an issue I had with auto pay. Essentially took two payments out in one month. This caused my account to overdraft. I then spoke to two people who had told me that I would be able to get the overdraft fee ($36) reimbursed. I then called three days later where I spoke with a third representative who told me I would not be able to get it back. It would not be irritating if I had not been told by two people (Kristin and Alison who is my account manager apparently) that I would get a refund. Additionally, it would be nice if there was a disclosure on their website stating that if you make a manual payment earlier on in the month that the system will try to take another one.

    They were great until we set up a double payment. They harassed us daily although we spoke to a gentlemen already in regards to making a double payment the following month. The measures they took to harass us for example threatening to call ref’s although they already spoke up, threatening to turn off the car, calling upright 5-6 times a day (I have proof phone bills don’t lie) and even falsely advertised Covid options (watch for the class action if they sent that to you in a email). This list goes on and on! With that said, we refinanced through our bank. We never missed a payment, we were never late, and the first time we had a hardship (due to Covid) we set up our double payment for the following month and they harassed us soooooo bad. You have to be absolutely miserable to work there, inhumane behavioral actions.

    We have a payment arrangement in writing with this company to have made our vehicle payment on September 21, 2020. On that date we paid off our vehicle by having it refinanced through another company and just to be spiteful Jessica Wrath decided to report our payment as late even though the entire balance of our loan was paid off the same day she reported us late. This is the first late payment now to go on my credit report and it dropped my credit score 114 points overnight. We have email proof that we had a written payment agreement with Jessica Wrath and she lied and reneged on that agreement. This company is untrustworthy and I would not use them. I have emailed the owner directly as of October 4, 2020 and I will update this review based on the owner’s response.

    One of worst companies I have worked with. Almost every representative is rude and unprofessional. Cannot see what your balance is on your loan requiring to email or call to get this. Neither of which I preferred to do because both avenues of communication have rude replies. Like, did I ruin your day because you had to answer a phone call and do your job? Oh poor you. How about if you hate your job so much you find a new one. Thought it is quite possible this is the only company that would hire you as misery loves company

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company for my car loan. They were always helpful when I called and provided great service. I just paid off my car, but I would certainly use them again in the future!
