Would never recommend this place to anyone they make the home buying experience a headache and way more stress then it needs to be. They also always try to push blame to any other parties besides there own. They charged me $500 for a land survey that one I never received and two from a company that doesn't even do land surveys. They stole my money and I doubt I was the first or the last.

My husband and I had a great expierence! We actually built a house and closed on the constructon loan and the house at the same time. This saved us closing extra costs and time. Since our mortage had to go under my husband's name (we were not married at the time and I started my own business the year before which prevented us from using my credit, etc) Priority Title made sure our closing agent was an attorney so I could be added to the mortage right away. Wouldn't have gone with anyone else!

I just recently closed on a house in which Priority Title was a part of the experience. The agent they sent to the closing was rude, unpleasant and down right hostile. I was treated like "the enemy." What should have been a happy day for all involved was a big let down. Do these people not understand the impact they have on people's lives? Or is that the problem? They do realize and just relish in their power? If Priority is involved.... RUN! (BTW, I didn't even want to give them one star, but you can't post without at least one.)

Terrible closing experience. They couldn't verify that my husband was on the account I wanted proceeds wired to...so they called me at 4pm on a Friday (when the closing was at 11am) to tell me I'd have to wait for a check on Monday and basically told me "this is out of their hands"...call Knight Barry Title now. Terrible customer service....would not recommend using this company.

Very professional and they have an attorney present at close which is not necessary in Wisconsin, but adds to the professionalism and is an added bonus. I highly recommend!
