We made an appraisal online the price was pretty good after that a man called us saying he wanted to buy our car and told us to come. So we made the drive. Finely the offert was almost 2000 dollars under the online estimation..... not smart not honest really upset

Not such a Priority! My husband personally drove to this dealership and made an appointment for our 2016 GTI for oil change and tire rotation. Our vehicle came from Priority in Chesterfield. He was told the could do it and the appointment was made for this morning, after I waited in the waiting room full of people for over an hour, I was told they couldn't do the oil change because this car doesn't have an oil plug and needs an oil extractor and they don't have one. WHAT! I couldn't believe it but I was then told the head mechanic said he has never worked on these and needed to take it to a import dealership or Chesterfield. What! I live here and don't want to drive alost two hours for my "free" oil change. Why didn't they rotate my tires? Omg ... What a waste! I got home and called Chesterfield Priority and spoke to the service manager who told me the car does have a oil plug!!!!! Omg......You do not need an oil extractor!!!!!! This Hampton Priority has incompetent mechanics!!!!!! Poor customer service. I watched a utube video and sure enough, step by step instructions how to do a oil change on a 2016 GTI. Guess what!!! It has a oil plug!!!!!!! Wow You would think they would of at least rotated my tires like the appointment was also for, but maybe they never seen tires like these. Are you seriously kidding me Priority Honda!!!!! Good customer service would of at least called the Chesterfield Priority before you embarrass yourselves! You should of also maybe watched the utube video to get instructions on how To Do An Oil Change On A GTI 2016.

I was in for an oil change, got there at 1:40pm and was out by 2:10pm. This is the fastest they have ever been giving my vehicle an oil change. Usually I'm in there for 2 1/2 to 3hrs for the same service. So great job this time.

My husband and I just purchased a 2014 Honda Crosstour and Anthony McRae was very helpful and made our purchase experience very comfortable and pleasant. He went out of his way to complete our purchase even after he had gone home from his shift. He came back and helped us thru the purchasing process until late in the evening (they close at 9pm and we were not done until 10:30). So thanks for all your help and great service

After a previously bad experience, Joey Farris was such a delight! He listened to me and made sure I had all the information about the vehicle. I did not feel pressured or bullied. I highly recommend Joey to anyone interested in buying a vehicle! He makes you feel comfortable and spends al the time you need without trying to rush you along. He even went out of his way and went to get his iPhone cord to show me the iPhone play with the new cars.

I came in to get a state inspection on my Fit and while waiting was looking for a slightly larger car with no intention of really purchasing. Then I met Ron Lundy!
