In March 2022 I applied for a mortgage through this company. They promised a fast and efficient closing. I provided them with all the information. They did not communicate with me about anything missing or going wrong until two days before the closing date. By that time we had all of our stuff packed up and ready excited to move into a new house. Because of my summer internship the underwriters needed a proof that showed my summer income is guaranteed. I went through a lot of communication to have such letter sent by my employer. The underwriter rejected it for having an end date. This is the level of people you'll deal with who do not understand that summer internship by definition has an end date. They did not listen to me for further explanation of my employment situation, rejected on closing date and charged me for a totally unnecessary appraisal fee that could have been avoided if they had communicated quicker. If you are looking for people who get the work done and are not servants to guidelines, please stay away from these guys. The cost you will pay is a lot higher than just a delay. Update on my mortgage journey: the point of contact at Priority Financial told me that no lender would want to work with me. In less than a week I found another company that sent "clear to close" notification. Choose your mortgage partners carefully if you are a real estate investor. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to thank Jake and his team for helping me and my family put together the loan for our dream house. When other lenders did not want to help, Jake and his team found a way to make it happen. They were always in communication with us and made a painful and stressful process as painless as it can be.

Best of class service and absolutely capable team of professionals. Gady of Priority Financial Network is a world class loan expert. He was always responsive and took every detail down and shared it with his team to originate our loan. His was always positive and worked around all problems which came up. For these reasons and much more I cannot give anything less than a five star to Gady and his team of professionals. I thank Gady and the team for the help they have given me and my family, he has me and my family's loan needs as business for as long as he would have us.

Priority Financial is based out of California. Before they try to gain customers from Texas, and promise you everything under the sun, they need to do a proper tax assessment when processing a refinance. Beware of this company and make sure your property taxes are assessed correctly. Priority Financial aka BM Real Estate Services, Inc., did my refinance in 2021. At the time I was told by Mr. Gerardo Rivera that because I had enough equity in the house, I didn't need to continue to pay PMI, and qualified to do a conventional loan, and save over $700 a month. I sent them my MORTGAGE STATEMENT which broke down ALL PROPERTY TAXES, INTREST AND PRINCIPLE, but they left out part of the property tax. In conclusion, I received an escrow statement in February of this year, stating that I had an escrow shortage, of almost $6,0000. So, to make up for that, they increased my monthly mortgage almost to the same amount that I was supposively saving, $700, based on Priority Financial's over sight. When I called them to tell them what gad happened, I spoke to a supervisor named Bonita, and she said she would take a look to see what happened. When she called me back, she admitted that they, BM Real Estate Services had dropped the ball, and all they could do was "To hopefully not allow this to happen to anybody else, and it's something I would of had to pay regardless, so what do you want us to do?" The additional money I have to pay every month due to their mistake was not budgeted for. And frankly with the cost of everything these days, with inflation, gas, etc., has really caused a major hardship. The lack of empathy, and callousness is just unfathomable. Becareful who you choose to do business with when your trying to refinance or go through a home loan. Make sure the company knows what they are doing.

Unreliable and garbage. They waste your time asking for LOE after LOE about every penny transaction and decline you on the closing date. My credit score is around 800 yet I got rejected while another company accepted my loan within 24 hours saying nothing was wrong! They have to go out of business.

Better than most unsolicited trash refi companies that harvest public records, as this one actually identifies itself in its mailing. They get a second star for that. Still, rather annoying to receive unsolicited trash in the mail, especially when it's so very misleading - 36bps in difference between the quoted interest rate and the APR is not great, Bob.

Due to my personal situation, you took what turned out to be a refinance and successfully navigated me through the process to a successful conclusion. I have made 2 purchases and 5 refi's with Dale at Priority. He has been the best loan officer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He answered all my questions, made suggestions to make the process run smoothly and was always available. My real estate agent was impressed with how fast and efficient Dale is. Documents were generated and signed via secure electronic portals. I always felt that my personal information was being protected. All issues were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. I have recommended Dale to my friends and family. My best friend used Dale to refi his house and was very happy too.

I’ve worked with several lenders (and for that matter with many service companies) and this was by far the worst service I have ever had. Unprofessional, disorganized, you have to call, email or text about 10-15 times to get 1 response from him if you are lucky. Also I was patient and gave David plenty of opportunities to “reset” the relationship. Never changed. Same song and dance. I wouldn’t recommend if you want any semblance of a smooth loan process.

I dealt with team Shenkman on a refi of my house because my bank was too lazy to help me. I was referred to them and let me tell you these are not nice people. The loan itself was very easy, just a small loan with good credit and tons of equity. But still they managed to make it difficult, It funded 10 days ago, they got their money and I’m still waiting to get my money. Typical bro behavior they are sarcastic and dismissive now. If you are reading this team S, I will definintely tell all who will listen that you were greedy and rude
