Presidio Title W Bitters Rd, San Antonio

I have been using Presidio Title for close to 15 years. They have always responded to my requests, even when we had massive changes in the industry to effected every mortgage and title company. Their current staff do a fabulous job of getting our loans closed in a timely manner and getting commitments out and amended on time.

Update: their accounting dept apparently lacked preparation or organizational skills and fired off to the IRS my 1099S for my residential, primary home sale from 2 yrs ago because it was treated as though it was a commercial or investment property. I was then 'fully audited' by the IRS and took days of my time out to remedy the problem... don't ever use this incompetent outfit!!! The check issue below apparently was the tip of the iceberg!? Nice facility and good locale, only knock was they didn't mail a check to me I had to go back for it.

We used Pat McCaffrey for our loan closing today. Office was clean, staff was friendly, Pat was extremely professional and took the time to answer our questions and explain our documents to us before we signed them. This was the easiest closing I have experienced. Thank you!

I felt they were nonresponsive and impolite when I was finally able to interact with their representative. I would take business elsewhere or insist that a different company is chosen for my next close.

As a realtor, I'd never use this title company again. Client totally dissatisfied, I'm dissatisfied. These ppl waste your time. Then, on top of that, I call to see if my check was ready over an hour ago, was told yes. Then I get here and they don't even have it printed! UNprofessional!

They get the job done professionally and timely. Actually met my accelerated request many days ahead of original schedule.

Delia's team is great. Always keeps me up to date on progress of closings.
