Here is how premier chevrolet works: I just tried to buy the truck in the picture. It is clearly advertised on their website for $43k. I was going to trade my loaded f150 fx4 which is very nice. They offered $17k for my truck. I keep up with truck values pretty close so I know my truck will retail in the $23k range. Whatever, I was expecting a $19-20k trade offer but $17k was close enough to start dealing. EXCEPT... They had their truck at $53k on the paperwork, $10k over advertised price. I also have been looking at these trail boss chevrolets and I know they sell everywhere for under $45k. So, long story short they were trying to get my truck for $7k. I was in the car business for a lot of years. There are good dealerships out there that treat their customers fair with no bs. Premier is not one of those dealerships. Do business with them at your own risk.

My experience with the dealership was good. Lonnie Reasor was very good helpful with the process. I got exactly what I wanted and I love it even more now that I see what all my 2016 Malibu does. I would recommend Lonnie reasor and this dealership to anyone of my friends and family.

I have a 2015 Colorado. Had two recall issues. The tail pipe needed to be replaced and the power steering assist needed work. Both were done in the time I was told it would take. The steering wheel was not alined correctly thou. When the truck was going straight the wheel was about 15 degrees off. I showed it to the job manager and he had the tech fix it. Took about an hour. Now all is good.

Worst car buying experience ever! Fast talking salesman who barely make eye contact and only card about pushing a sale. Bought a 2017 supposedly new (5,000) and I can’t begin to explain the problems I’ve had on top of the numerous customer service issues as well! No follow up , no concern after you’ve signed the dotted line. Do your research and avoid !

I had to have my AC Condenser replaced after only 57k miles. Apparently this is a widely known problem with GM vehicles and a $1000+ repair cost to the owner that should be covered under a recall or part warranty because of the shear number of failures. Just look it up it is not hard to find. If it were a safety issue it would already be covered. I will say that the service writer did everything that he could to get my vehicle back to me the same day and was apologetic of the fact that the local dealership has seen a huge number of these repairs. He even went as far as check to see if my 2016 Yukon may be covered with some discount related to the same failure but it appears that GM thinks that it is OK for a part to fail at 60k miles but not at 61k miles. Dealers should be doing more to convince corporate GM to protect their potential customer base. Someone paying as much as I have for 2 GM vehicles should not be hit with the repair cost for a well documented part failure that continued to be used even AFTER it was identified. GM needs to do the right thing if they want to have my continued business.

I went to purchase a truck for my son just coming home from a deployment. The internet price was 26,868. I went in to negotiate the price. The price then changed to over 28,000. A man then comes with the salesman and brings a paper for just over 29,000. I SAID NEGOTIATE THE PRICE NOT INFLATE THE PRICE. Tax, tag and title wasnt included yet.
