    The staff at this PMCU have been extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I often see them addressing their customers by name the moment they walk in the door. You can tell they really care about providing a good experience. I've particularly appreciated how helpful Dona has been but honestly the whole staff has been great. I would definitely recommend them!

    We were very impressed with the mortgage representative we met with several months ago at this branch to find out more information about some things our realtor had told us about. She was able to see us quickly despite us walking in and was very helpful. The two accounts we hold here have been easy to maintain in the past and the new web design is better. The partner credit union network has not worked that well for us.

    Just a fair warning to everyone considering this credit union as an option, do NOT bank with this company. They have been nothing but a huge headache since I first started communication. Took me almost a month to finance a car and now I just simply want to open a checking account (which you don't automatically receive when you open an account.) I already have a savings account but if I want a checking as well then you are instructed to open an entirely new second account and then communicate through emails just to merge them together. Why would anyone do business in this way. I highly suggest implementing some very necessary changes.

    Beyond horrible experience. Financed a car through these folks and thought it was all gravy to be working with a credit union. These folks have been worse than any private financial institution, collecting unbelievable fees from me, purchasing insurance for the car (even though it's been properly insured,) and leaving me to resolve my issues alone with THEIR insurance provider. This has resulted in my car payment skyrocketing and Premiere Members slamming my credit score every month. Even when you call in to bring your account current, you're told it's a 15 dollar charge to take it over the phone. And I'm still being told to resolve insurance disputes directly with their insurance provider, instead of the bank taking care of me, their client. All I've gotten for paying this bank nearly 500 a month auto drafted on time for a year every month is 150 less credit score, lots of robo calls, and they even have the gall to send me endless advertisements from AUTO INSURANCE companies. Beyond insulting.

    I have been with PMCU for over 10 years. Truly the best experience ever. How often can you say that about an establishment consistently 5 star over a decade. I have my personal and business accounts with them and have referred lots of other members. Choose local choose this credit union. They are like family!

    Not happy with online banking app. It hardly ever works. Locations are never open the hours that they say they are. Difficult to keep track of your own money when you can not open the app half the time or walk in to do business. I will be closing my account as soon as possible.

    IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Where to start.... when we first opened an account with this branch, we were very excited to finally be using a credit union. For starters, during the opening of the account, I explicitly refused to sign for overdraft protection, voiced that and confirmed while there they would not do it. Two weeks later, I have a charge for the overdraft protection! Not just once, but SIX TIMES! Over $200 in fees I was not signed up for! So I called the branch, they got a little snooty when I said I never approved that protection, claimed they couldn't revoke the fees and ended the call. So I called back, spoke with a competent person who immediately noticed I had indeed not signed for that protection, and removed the fees the prior women claimed they couldn't. That was just the first month. Moving forward, IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! Thanks to most billing and payments requiring automatic withdrawal, be aware that if 3 payments aren't able to clear for any reason within 90 days (maybe because you were waiting for your minimum wage paycheck to clear) they will lock access to mobile deposits. So it's more difficult to deposit money to remedy the issue. They will also put a 2 week hold on ALL deposited checks, even if they're regularly deposited from work so it takes TWO WEEKS TO ACCESS YOUR OWN MONEY to you know.... fix this? Again, making it more difficult to remedy the situation. Management is also rude at times, my favorite being when I asked for a cashier's check, when the woman told me "we don't do those." Then proceeded to give me one for a $2 fee. Overall, unless you can guarantee a secure income and finances, this bank sucks the big one. They make it more difficult than it should be for lower income families to pay Bill's or access their own money.

    My experience here hasn't been bad, I don't know why people are saying horrible things. I took a loan for a car here and the only problem I had was with the insurance company that works for them. I sent them proof of insurance and it took a while to process. When my payment came up they wanted to charge me double my payment amount I went into this branch and all the staff were FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. They went out of their way to make sure I only paid my minimum payment, and I would not be charged for insurance that I did not need.

    Terrible customer service. I raced over there after work to make a payment & walked into the outer door right at 6:00 - closing time. The inner door was already locked & people kept waking by near the door, ignoring me until one woman made eye contact & smiled. I held up my cash & said "Can I make a quick payment?" I asked. She shook her head no & said "We're closed." Now, I understand that it was closing time, and businesses like banks can't stay open every time someone comes in late, but they were still helping a customer at the counter...things had not been shut down for the night. It would have taken 2 minutes. I just wanted to give her my money. Companies that care about their customers would say, "It is closing time, but we're not finished for the night yet. Come in, we'll help you quickly, but please come earlier next time." I guess because I'm a teacher & volunteer often in the community, I'm used to going the extra mile to help people. It frustrates me when others don't. I will tell friends & family not to bother with Premier Members Credit Union & when our loan is paid off we won't be back.

    One jaded employee does not define the whole company. I did walk in the other day and was greeted in the worst way possible. I just left and called the 800 number and had the most pleasant experience. People make mistakes and have bad days. When that happens I brush it off and move on with my life! Hard to believe I know. This Credit Union gave me a car loan when no other bank would. I'm staying put because I know this CU is trying to make things right when things go wrong. Sometimes I think this whole review thing gets way out of hand some times.
