I had apply for this card to start building my credit, i had overpaid this card without being allowed to use it even one time. I just found out they close this account and they were keeping my money that I had already overpaid. I have never seen this kind of situation happen to anybody in my life. But, it happened to me. PLEASE BE AWARE AND MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEAECH BEFORE YOU GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. "Be Aware"
Hi Jose. I’d like to look into this further. Can you please send us a private message on Facebook so we can securely look up your information?

Someone opened a credit card here in my name and I can’t get ahold of a real person to close the account. This whole bank must be a scam
Hi Alliya - Please call us at 1-800-987-5521 for assistance. When asked for your account number, please hold on the line. You do not have to enter anything. You will be asked for the account information a few times but just continue to hold and you will be transferred to an associate.

Made all of my payments on time, yesterday I attempted to make a payment at 3pm pacific time, apparently they stop taking payments at 5pm central time. Rediculous business practice. I made my payment on the payment due date and they still put a negative mark on my credit report as late, even after I called them and spoke to a representative. Closing my account immediately. Absolutely do not recommend, they should be called the "there's nothing we can do card"
Hello! When just one due date is missed, the delinquency does not report to the consumer reporting agencies. If we do not receive at least the minimum payment for two or more due dates in a row, an account reports as delinquent. We’d be happy to look into your concerns in detail. Please send us a private message through Facebook or Instagram. Or you can give us a call at 1- 800-987-5521.

As of this date FPB has broken a Implied and a Verbal Contract which were witnessed by my customer service at US Bank while we were on conference call. They agreed after I paid a large amount , in effect paying off my balance, they would allow validation of the payment and I would have full access to my revolving credit. This was important because I have to pay Car Insurances which will now be revoked in 24 hours . I discovered two bad things. First after our conference call an agent of FPB attempted to access unauthorized information on my account. They were denied by my bank. Thank you US Bank. Secondly is they then froze my revolving credit after they accepted electronic check and made verbal agreement. Both of these are legally binding in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. So if actions speak louder than words this company does bad business, doesn't care about the well being of it's customers, and seeks only to find the most efficient way to profit itself at the cost of hard working citizens. I have two more stops Federal Regulatory Board, and then an attorney. You cost me bad marks on credit but you will pay. Edit: they at least overroad their so called loss prevention and released my account. I will pay off this account and close this year.
This is not how we want our customers to feel! We are aware of the situation and are currently researching. We will contact you directly.

Too much gossiping. Even the men do it. It will take a heavy toll on your overall morale on the company. Every company I have worked for just never conducted themselves this way, they had a thing called 'ethics'. Also, their numbers are dramatically down too compared to last year, now why they're not working even harder to keep those numbers up, instead of lounging and gossiping? I couldn't tell you honestly. Been here awhile and had worked with amazing people that cared about the companies' progress, but now those amazing people are running for the hills. I might do the same quite soon actually. They started hiring nothing but white trash.

Terrible customer service. They have been trying to screw me out of $100. Bought a gift card for $100. Went to use it some time after to find out a charge had been placed on the card for $95.00 just 10 days after it was purchased. I called and disputed it only to be told I would need to disputed in writing. In writing? It’s 2018, who does that? Anyway, got a letter today stating I would need to fill out the enclosed form and mail back to them within 20 days of the letter’s date. I conviently didn’t receive it until exactly 29 days later. How convenient. The letter states that my claim will be denied if not received with 20 days from that date. I will be contacting Pam Bondi, Attorney General for the State of Florida.

They sabotage their employees. They're also under FBI investigation. Nothing but animals. It's comprised of old and corpulent women who think it's high school instead of a workplace [where people go to pay for their bills and support their families].
