My lawyer sadly used Premier abstract and on my 4 bedroom 3 bath, 300k split level home they crushed me for 3367$ in charges. I understand the title policy charge but the 802$ for misc searches and of course their 325$ settlement fee along with other bloated costs totaling 1992$ and then the title policy cost on top made all this process extra miserable. Of course we used your lousy service here is a photo of the property survey showing your name as the title company and the surveyor you used.

It was an amazing day 10/19/2018. We closed on our house within no time with the help of Howard Stipe of Premier Abstract & Title Agency, our realtor Connor Craig of The Dekanski team of Remax first advantage, our lawyer Scott Luxenberg, and Larry Vindman from First Alliance home mortgage. Our situation was a little unique in that it was a last minute closing. We only had 45 minutes to close, and Howard made sure we kept on time. We could not have done it if it wasn't for Howard and this amazing team of lawyer, realtor, and mortgage company. I would highly recommend Howard and Premier Abstract & Title Agency.
