I've been waiting for 3 days now after I've been approved and jumped through all the hoops. I have called close to 20xs without them once reaching out to me to keep me informed. Here I sit and watch the clock pass their closing time so I wait yet another day with them blaming the bank for the issue. All I get is " they are very busy and we will contact you when your loan finalizes"

At first they were great I was able to take a small advance then I tried again and was denied no big deal but then I get an email giving me hope for the holidays on having a last min Christmas only to be let down on christmas eve and told oh sorry ur specific lawsuit doesn't qualify because it's a class action. Thanks like I'm not going through enough. maybe u guys should be a little more clear in ur email instead of giving people hope only to kick them in the face when they are at their most vulnerable. Again thank u that's just what I needed on Christmas Eve another reason to realize that hope is just a pipe dream

They are very professional. My experiance has been excellant!!! I have a lengthy case and still treating. I have had to go back to them 4 times and currently waiting now. For three days about funding kept getting the same crazy answer we will text you and then they close for the weekend, so to me it is stall thing

These people are really rude and once they get your information for your case and they know that you owe them money already if you have to get another loan from them they are very procrastinative and they do not try to give you any information or any assurance that they actually are concerned with the fact that you have to pay bills so even though this is just a job for them this is quite legitimately everything that my family has to rely on while I am unable to work even though that is the case that I have told them that is the case multiple times nobody seems to show any sort of empathy towards my situation and whenever I do call them I cannot get any real information about the status of my case it had my case in a quote on quote finalized stage for three business days and then when I talked to the secretary she wants to argue with me about how many days it's been instead of figure out why I've been waiting from the beginning of the week all the way to the end of the week just for my file to be finalized would not recommend after the first use if you do need money a second time from them you're better off just waiting and letting whatever happens to you happened because they're not going to prioritize the safety of you or anybody else under your care

This place is wonderful and have not had any issues . Very quick and very polite .I'd refer to both my lawyer as well as preferred capital

Not sure why anyone is complaining! This was such a quick, painless experience for me. It wasn’t thousands of dollars but it will definitely help. The staff was prompt and professional. Will refer family and friends!

This place is really bad for ur health..... Why? They will give u hearth attack after u are summit ur loan about a week... And fail u all the way... I give to this people over $2000 inters... Do NOT bother to call .....
