I absolutely love filing my taxes with Precise Solutions!! The staff is always so helpful and friendly!! I also love my tax preparer Vanessa. She is always so informative, and always keeps me up-to-date on any new information regarding my refund. I honestly couldn’t imagine getting my taxes done anywhere else!!!!!

Very unperfessional the lady Vanessa as they call her she’s very unperfessional she doesn’t answer your phone calls she doesn’t return calls at all she claims she’s being doing taxes for years but in that case she actually isn’t telling the truth at all when you call to ask her questions about your taxes she has the most horrible attitude did I forget to mention she won’t answer your calls after you try to confront her I was told by the irs my taxes were sent to the wrong building when I called her and asked her where she filed my e return she didn’t even know poor experience if I were you I would go somewhere else
