Roger was terrific. I was new to the island and would be coming in from Waikoloa. I didn’t have a lot of time to go car shopping. I gave Roger my criteria and he filmed several cars for me. Noted this is about 8 months ago now ( the top review), I have always made my payments on time. Yes they did help me however I feel a little used, my cars transmission died, took it to two specialist and they said it's done. How does transmission go out on a car that I haven't even had for a year? They are now telling me thats there nothing they can do, I still owe 7000 and would have to put down 6000 just to trade it in!!!! It kinda makes me wonder if they already knew the transmission was shot and sold me the car anyway because it was all I could afford??? Im not saying they are bad, I am saying I feel like I got thrown under the bus and now still have to make payments for something doesn't even work. Because I'm poor the car came as is with no warranty 😰 So much for a reliable vehicle that they promised.
