Dental work I could go on but you get it.... we set out today to look for a car for our daughter. The salesman/woman were upfront with us about cost. No BS I'd definitely go back to see Dutch and Jeff for my next car. Thank you for making this much hated task almost fun.

The whole thought of buying a vehicle and having a car payment is overwhelming to me.I contacted Celeste Brasseur to become pre approved before going into look at vehicles, although I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle. Being honest with Celeste about what I was looking for in a vehicle and what I would negotiate on for options was extremely helpful, it also helped Celeste and Dan be better prepared for me when we arrived. Celeste was amazing, considerate and patient with me. When I went to look at my new vehicles, Celeste had a salesman waiting for me and a vehicle all set for me to test drive. Dan Casavant was great! He was very, very patient, considerate, helpful and respectful of myself and my children. He walked me through the vehicle and all its options. Through out the entire process, the staff was amazing with my children. Dan went above and beyond to help me with my children while I was signing all the paperwork, helpful with getting me all set for our drive home. The service department allowed them to watch cartoons, Dan tried to keep them occupied, Celeste found them blocks to build with. I can not stress enough how helpful everyone was with my family. This is the biggest reason why I would highly recommend Poulin Auto of Barre when looking for your next vehicle. By the way, I love my new car!!

Poulin Auto Sales screwed me over BIG TIME. They rushed the sale, were way over priced, the fees were insane and when we finally settled on a price, they wouldn't let me see the under carriage of the car and because I needed a car quickly, they got away with it. I drove away with a car that was severely damaged (auto body & 3 bent rims) and not reported to it's title or Carfax. OH and when I called to give them a chance to fix the 3 bent rims they sold it to me with (and pumped it to 50PSI to try and hide it) they wouldn't even give me the time of day. Now, I'm upside down financially on the car because it's not worth much with all of it's damage. I've learned from this and will NEVER buy from them again and will continue to spread the word about their terrible ways.

Once agsin Poulin took care of me!! The brakes are smoooth! Sad to see Tyler go:( but once again excellent service excellent price !! I will only buy from Poulin and I have ALL my repairs, oil changes done here !! Must be a reason.

We had the best service with the friendliest people. Dutch and Jeff were the greatest. They were very helpful and even kept our payments where we needed them to be. We will go back when we want another truck.

Take my experience as you will... I bought a 2015 car in August of 2016. Less than 5 weeks later it was in the shop needing new brake pads and rotors. When my mechanic went to remove the wheels to fix the vehicle, he found the car had locking lug nuts (meaning, it needs a special "key" tool to take the tires off). We searched EVERYWHERE for the tool- no luck. After calling Poulin Auto more than a few times, they finally put their service department on the phone who claimed the tool was in the car (they also kept telling me the sales manager was not there...). Anyway, $430.00 later, my car is back on the road. Such a bummer that the sales people took advantage of me. My advice: if you must buy a car from these people, DON'T. There are better places in Vermont.
