Paul and David helped me through every step of the way. Unlike other companies I talked to, they were patience with me (I'm a first time buyer) and explained everything very clearly. I liked that they had a secure upload process for my documents. The rate that I received for my mortgage was very competitive, the lawyer at the closing even asked me how my rates were so low in this market! Hands down, I would go with Post Creek again.

Paul recently helped us with the purchase of our first home. He helped us through the whole process. Paul answered every question and made sure we understood and were comfortable with each decision or step we had to take along the way. You can tell he really cares for his clients. My husband and I recently bought a home after looking for almost a year. Paul was there through the multiple offers and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We shopped other brokers and stayed with Paul because of his quick responses, hand holding we needed, and he was local. This was our first home and we had about a million questions, some of which we asked multiple times (like how to pay off a mortgage sooner recalc or additional payments?). We were stubborn on the rate and he found us a great bank to work with that even lowered our rate at the last minute! He made sure to work the deal in our favor, even though it may not have been to his benefit, which says a lot about him. This was not an easy deal with changing closing dates, duplex, appraisals being pushed back, you name it, but Paul made it work! He is a fellow Yellow Jacket like myself but don’t hold that against him, call him right up!

I did some research and decided finding a good broker would be best for me to start finding a home. I contacted Paul because he had such good reviews and he immediately started helping me down the correct path. Due to the timing in the year he let me know I needed to go ahead and get my taxes done before we could start. I then contacted him a month later and he helped me do a couple things to boost my credit and I asked him for recommendations on real estate agents. He put me in contact with a wonderful woman that I ended up choosing and they worked well as a team through this process. Paul not only arranged my loan but he answered all of my home buying questions and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to get a broker and Paul in particular!
