I initially called due to sensor that was causing problems with my smog check. Ron was very knowledgeable and friendly and you guys ending up fixing the issue for a fair price. Trust is most important to me and I felt like you diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to fix very efficiently I actually called another Porsche dealer closer to the house first and they were not helpful and gave me the impression they would make a simple fix into a bigger issue.

I had an appointment on last Wednesday and dropped my car at 12pm for maintenance. Since then, my advisor Jeremy’s average text response time was 24hr on workday. I tried to call 10 times on different days in working hour but he never picked up. Promised me hand wash by Friday but never performed. And he was missing on Friday afternoon, so I was not able to get my car back for the weekend. I had to inquire the status of my car again on Monday morning because he never told me. When I got there picking up, my car was covered by leaves at outside parking lot. Basically just oil changes, filter replacements and inspection, and it took 3 workdays to finish with appointment. Funniest thing is my advisor asked me in-person how was my weekend. Of course not good worrying about my car. XD I was not begging for a test drive of a new car; that is my own car how come you never let me know my car’s status? And after not picking up my call, my dude texted me today “I’m with customers, text me instead”. Dude, I tried to call you because by the time you reply me by text, humans are already on Mars.
