Had a problem with my check clearing. It was on the the title company's bank. My check was returned (aka bounced). I called the week after closing. The lady who answered the phone said the money was received. After two weeks, I had called them back because I noticed the money hadn't come out of my account. I called Polk county title, they threatened to prosecute me. Had I not called and asked them why their bank rejected a good check, I would be in jail. That being said, they get the job done, just with subpar customer service.

Unmatched experience here. They did the closing on my home and were absolutely delightful to deal with.

I was the last person of the day to have a closing on a Friday.. it was 4:00 p.m. and although all my documents were wrong due to my fault in my era.. they simply smiled corrected the problem within 15 minutes and my closing went smooth.. they even gave me one of their beautiful high-dollar pens... Beverages in a small refrigerator in the waiting lobby were free... Believe it or not they had amazing selection.hahaha

We tend to do only a small amount of business in Bolivar, specializing more in Joplin, Springfield and Branson but when we have closed in Bolivar or Polk County the title company has done a great job! Very kind people and on top of that my clients were very pleased with their fees.

Love the experience and signed our first home with this company, would do it again here in the future!!!

It's a title company. The realtor say go here... I went there. Reception was professional.

The two ladies I spoke with on the phone weren’t pleasant at all and didn’t seem happy to answer my questions. Dreading having to go in because my landlord chose this business. At least they’re able to operate so 2/5

Had a deal r them and they were supposed to send me the deed to my land and it is now 3 months and still no deed!i would fail them miserably

RUDE! Every time I do a deal here Carol is rude and abrasive. The only title company I've ever had yell at me as a client. Do yourself a favor and if you have a Polk County deal go to Shell Title where they treat their clients with respect.

They are always there when I needed them. As a realtor, I know I can depend on them to do everything right.
