Point Bank E Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm

I needed to open an account here for a specific purpose and the branch manager said that they were fine to let me open an account for the stated purpose. After opening the account, the terms and conditions of my account repeatedly changed, with the bank manager sometimes calling my cell phone out of the blue to notify me of what changes they were constantly making to our agreement. After having repeated problems with the surly branch manager, who at one point accused me of money laundering, I ended up moving the account somewhere else to a different local bank who gave me absolutely wonderful service. On top of that, their online banking system is amateurish and lacking most modern banking features, and I could never imagine using this bank for regular day-to-day banking.

Amazing Service!!! For any of the things this bank lacks in comparison to the Bigger Banks, it certainly makes up for in Customer Service. I am always made to feel special and important by each one of the employees and if I am having a bad day I always feel better after walking out of my favorite location. I have been banking at the Point Bank at Little Elm for my business for last 2.5 years, the people are amazingly helpful. They will always find ways to find a solution to my requests. It was so easy to work with the team to get PPP loan for my business. I have dealt with other Banks, but this bank has personalized service and very cost effective. I would recommend anyone to try them out.

OH. MY. GOODNESS...this Point Bank location is amazing and the WHOLE Point Bank Community is made up of not only friends but family!! Josh, Theresa, and Anna know me by name and take care of me and my accounts as if I were the most important person on the planet. I have several business accounts with them, as well, and I recommend all entrepreneurs to leave their current banking establishment and join the Point Bank Financial Institution

If you just want a bank to deposit checks and have a debit card for merchant sales - then this is the bank for you. If you want anything else...even if you have been a customer for over 15 years...don't expect anything other than them taking your money. They will even stretch the truth if given half the chance. I will say that they do have good tellers but the people in their so called managerial pool are a joke! I remember applying for a loan here many years ago and of course my husband and I got turned down. So all we did was go to our other bank in Carrollton (Valwood Federal Credit Union) and got the loan that day while we waited. Maybe we need to do all of our banking away from Little Elm until Point Bank hires better people.

This bank has saved my tuchus so many times. I love them. They always treat me super kindly! If you live in the area or if you work at that Kroger down the road you should REALLY open an account here. They're absolutely phenomenal. Ms. McLaughlin is a sweetheart and knows everything about their system!

Contacting through phone calls is a nightmare. Has you wait for almost an hour before the automated machine disconnects you, and you have to call back getting further in line. Mobile app unreliable.

Chantel and Fran went above and beyond for me, I needed to cash a check and they helped me get it done despite me not having my DBA.. they also helped me right before they closed and though outside of the box. I never write reviews but had to with these two!

This bank has excellent customer service! They follow up with their clients, and if the individual doesn’t know the answer they immediately try to get the answer for you! We will definitely recommend this bank for anyone looking for a loan or long term relationship!
