PNC Bank Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Charles

I was just in your branch this morning and was requesting a large sum of cash. I will be honest, I came in on edge because the past few times nothing was explained in detail to my employees about why certain procedures are in place. Taylor, was extremely accommodating and answered all my questions. I can be a little snappy, so I apologize for that, but I am happy to have better answers. As a business owner, it’s very stressful to not know why you can’t have access to your funds, so thank you again PNC.

I've used this branch as my main bank for personal and small business banking for over 8 years. Staff there are friendly and personable. While they have not always been able to provide exactly what I wanted on every occasion, they have always explained the policies or reasons and helped me find what I needed. Overall, this is the best bank I've ever done business with.

Avoid this place like the plague! I was suckered into one of their generous cash offers for opening an account. Well, they took almost 1/2 of a year to credit my account and even then they shortchanged me.I have since opened an account with commerce bank. Wow! What a difference!!!!! They even called me to warn me that I was short on funds. And that they didn't want to give me a service charge. I also recommend First Community Credit Union they are equally plesant. Just do not do business with the dis honest people here at PNC BANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've only had to use this branch once. So far service has been good here. Overall PNC bank has been easy to work with.

I recently had an occasion to use the Lobby personnel lately and I was particularly impressed with a young lady that handled my inquiries. Her name is Lauren Corcoran and she is a very pleasant person to work with. She handled all of my account requests quite professionally.

Mid rivers and 94 branch I'll drive 30 our if my way to go to a different branch. They don't care about people at this brach the two woman I dealt with could care less about anything I needed. I went in for help and was told oh we cant fo that when i know that not true other branches have in the past not less then 2 weeks ago.

ATM out of service on Mid Rivers. Went to Chesterfield Commons as this was on the way to the restaurant we were going to have lunch. ATM could not provide a receipt for a cash deposit. Not much good having ATMs if you can’t use tnem.

They treat me like gold but i do miss rafiel
