Stopped in last week discuss a few things regarding my accounts. I was able to get all the information I needed quickly and the people I interacted with were extremely polite and thorough.

These people hound you for products and services I just eventually had to block their number

Incredible service. I’m a young man trying to start off on the right foot, I felt very confused an a little overwhelmed but after speaking Katrina She made a rather confusing situation much easier for me, so now I have the confidence to conquer the world! I hope PNC recognizes the character she carries!

Difficult loan experience, ended up closing accounts and leaving. The manager Max was nice as were some of the tellers, but idiotic policies like not cashing an insurance co-pay, it must be deposited instead makes even the banking part of things unpleasant. Also even when they KNOW you 100%, they will ask for 2 ID's for company policy when chasing larger checks even though I have more than enough money on cleared deposits. Changing policies with fees despite me having 5 accounts with a very nice sizable balance (20K+), they want fees for business accounts if one drops below a $1,000 rolling balance and they are not empowered to waive anything, They need to give their branch managers more discretion, but when they tie their hands in the name of "corporate policies" it makes for a poor banking experience. I 100% would NOT do any loan there-even our home is 100% paid off and a simple HELOC was a nightmare.

Unprofessional, makes customer feels like they're ignored. Contacted the branch and the people seemed nice the rep notified me that once my acct was in order that I was to receive a call from her promised on the next business day. That day came and went, I've since called this branch several times in an attempt to speak with that rep. The first phone call an employee (I'm assuming a bank teller) picked up instead of passing me through to the rep I initially spoke with she suggested I can call customer service. To which I declined, (since I wanted to know what was going on with my account, or just any info regarding the status of it) After not being able to get a hold of the rep I left my name and number and asked for a call back. Following day no phone call either. Even if the rep was too busy to call me back, she could have delegated someone to give me a call to notify me of any information. A customer should not have to call several times to try and speak with them nor should they be automatically passed on to (or automatically suggested to go to)customer service bc the task is something that can be done via customer service. I know I can go to customer service but if I dealt with a branch and was told one thing, I expect for that to be followed through with. If everyone went with customer service there'd be little need to go to a branch. Don't go to this branch, go somewhere else.

Teller seemingly inept. Asked if my wife was on account? She is. “Is there another account?” There is not. “Ok, good, because I don’t want to be takin’ this out of her account.” All of this info is available to her. Took 10 min for a routine withdrawal.

Im a business owner in the town of merchantville and as the only bank in town they will not help you with change if you need to exchange big bills for smaller bills. They are very rude on top of it. Theres an older woman that works at the counter and she makes you feel very uncomfortable.

I went in with a check for over one hundred and twenty thousand dollars. I had last August deposited 84 thousand dollars in this bank. I got an alert that my account was overdrawn so I go in and ask to speak to a consultant and he tells me to deposit the check first and then he would talk to me. I get to the teller he has me fill out a deposit slip and then he tells me that my account is closed and I owe them $477 dollars in cash. I tried to tell him that that's why I was there that maybe my account was hacked because I had money in my account. He says I don't know what to tell you there was a return for your car insurance and we closed the account I asked him if we could do a fraud investigation he said I don't know. But you have to give us $477 in cash to reopen the account. I said ok I will go to another bank. He says you can't do that its all on the computers that your account was closed. Well I went to another bank and they opened sniffed account for me and I contacted my attorney. BUT this gentleman should've taken me aside and let me talk to the consultant first. Which is what I tried to do in the first place. He should NEVER had let loose my personal business in front of people who were standing in back of me. They just lost an account of mine for over one hundred and thirty five thousand dollars. And they will be hearing from my attorney

Most of the time I come, even during lunch/Thurs or Fri: 1 teller for drive thru n 1 teller for walk-in.....😐... The star is only for the pleasant tellers.
