PNC Bank York Rd, Hunt Valley

There seem to be a lot of impatient and even a review that focused on the race of the worker at this establishment, so here's an unbiased review of this PNC location. I have been with PNC for about 8 years now and have never had an issue. While not every location is the same this location was professional, cleanly and followed all covid related items. I will be back and look fort to dealing with the lovely staff again.

This location is in the top corner of the parking lot with the Amish Market. The drive thru here is unbelievably SLOW! Even when there are no customers inside, the employees stand around gabbing while the drive thru is stacking up! I gave this location three chances and I'll go elsewhere from now on.

The bankers are extremely kind, respectful, and helpful! My fiancé and I made an appointment with Aqsa to open up a joint account and Aqsa was absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. She was patient with my fiancé and I and provided new opportunities that will enhance our finances for the future. We always felt confident banking with PNC, but after our experience with this location, we feel even more confident and satisfied.

I needed notarized signature for some personal documents. Jessica Pittman was so polite and extremely helpful and very patient to notarize all of the documents. She is also a personal banker and I would highly recommend her at this branch.

I had lots of questions concerning a cashier's check that Hope (Hunt Valley) helped me with. She is very intelligent, polite and efficient. Rare qualities these days.

I had a secondary account with PNC, and they have "regular" charges -- more like penalties bc they are 4 times the same charges elsewhere -- that creep in over time because this or that of many conditions are not met. Definitely a high maintenance place. Probably good for your primary account.

Today I had a horrible service by the Indian lady today at 2pm. I told her I am hard of hearing and she kept talking looking at the screen, did not assist me closing account, did not assist me with withdrawing the money from the account. Complete waste of lunch time!I had to be back at work and the trip was completely worthless. I am glad i am closing my account.

Worst customer service ever! In my entire life anywhere! I will never go there ever in my life! Everyone there are unprofessional and rude I would never tell anyone even my worst enemy to go there!
