This bank is a joke charging insufficient fund fees for an account that should not even have that option. My account info was used to pay someone 130 dollars despite me not having authorized that transaction. They then tell me they have to charge me 32 dollars to block that company from trying to charge my account again. My account was at 7 dollars before a trip out of town which I took most the money out to have cash on me so my card would not be blocked while in another state and come back to a -350 dollar balance. and they refused to help me with my issue. Do yourself a favor and go to a real bank.

I never have problems , the service is fast and accurate. Very pleasant people work here always willing to help. When my debt card was stolen . the bank return majority of the money that was stolen from me . I was able to pay my bills . I work from paycheck to pay check to pay my bills . And when someone takes from me the little that I have I cant pay my bills. I thank God for this bank because they were able to help me out . God Bless you!!!

The worst experience by far. Was in the drive thru for over 30 min and still wasn't able to complete my transaction. Closing my account with them as soon as I have enough time to sit there another hour. Would not recommend!

This is worse bank i have to deal with! I understand we have to wear masks but sorry i couldn’t understand the gentleman working today 12/28 & he very unprofessional & rude. He needs training on how to treat customers (people period!) I wonder how much longer before the bank downtown opens they are so much better & have patience! I’m so over the Ayers location plus it always takes me 20-30 mins in drive thru.

I had a terrible experience at ayers location. I wanted to open a checking account the gentleman was so annoying he went on and on about BS I could feel myself losing my temper. When I left that location I was annoyed and in a very bad mood. This experience happened a few years ago. The reason I bring it now is because I'm here in corpus looking for a compass bank and it brought up what a terrible experience I had.

Terrible service inside, and that drive thru, don't even get me started... One should not have to spend an hour in a drive thru with 3 lanes open, 3 employees, and only five cars, while they chit chat holding my change for five minutes, after it took twenty minutes to process my deposit... Managment, employees, are all equally rude. Worst branch ever...

Worse bank in cc..long wait every single time, always short staffed and employees are always new here they can never keep anyone working here for some reason, and deposits have come up missing from our business to where investigations were conducted by management. We are currently looking to bank with another bank because of this.Came to find out the employees were stealing deposits. They fired them but they still lack alot of customer service skills

Great people nice staff. The Male supervisor in the back office is always very polite and is always will to help out if I need to ask a question. They are Always helpful cause I never have my account number. I just send my Id or debit card and they definitely get me all setup with what I need. Only thing that I've seen wrong and on many occasions, is the ATM is broken a lot.

I normally have great customer service, however today, I pulled up at 4:59 pm and the drive thru tellers were all closed. I rated the bank one star because the teller advised me with a smile that they were shutting systems down already, and she was sorry. These 9am - 5 pm bank hours do not work for the majority, we work 8am - 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch. No availability for their customers! I know they want to go home too, yet 4:59 pm, is not 5 pm. At least some common courtesy for those in line that rushed through traffic.

Horrible customer service and the are in technology dark ages. They Can’t fax or email anything. Can’t help get online. Literally lied to us and keep getting different answers to important questions. Will never use them again.
