PNC Bank N Illinois St, Fairview Heights

Unfortunately this is just another bank that subscribes to the Big Bank theory of silly fees and mediocre customer service however a ton of advertising and of course an amazing location. Maybe if they would redirect some of their advertising budget into their staff and come up with some better policies it would be at least an average bank but in my experience they are just poor all around. I’ll stick with local banks like first mid or the bank of Edwardsville or even FCB.

One star is too many for this branch. They play games with funds. Delay funds on purpose, Refuse to provide information to other banks when moving money out of pnc so they can hold the money longer. Too busy to wait on you knowing you are moving money but will wait on customers out of turn that they know.

Went to open a new account, their customer service was terrible! My appointment was for 10 am with Tom and not only was I ignored but the utter lack of care, for my time I left after 45 mins. And no they were not busy. I’ll keep my money and banking elsewhere. Left disgusted and appalled!

AMBER IS THE WORST, NOT A VERY NICE PERSON.WENT TO CASH A CHECK ON THEIR BANK. FIRST SAID THE SIGNATURE WASN'T CORRECT,SO I HAD THE PERSON THAT WROTE THE CHECK CALL THE BANK AKA AMBER , SHE THAN OK'S THE CHECK. AND TURNS THE TABLES 130.00 TO CASH IT! WHAT A SCAM I WISH NOTHING BUT BAD THINGS FOR THE PEOPLE AT PNC YEP AMBER

I always have a great experience at this branch, which is where we opened our account. The staff are alway very friendly, personable, and professional. I am there frequently, and I have never had a not good experience. I recommend it highly. I know all the staff by name, and they are always anxious and willing to help with any of my financial needs. Thank you to all of you.

Do Not even waste your time with this Bank, I just called about a business account and Not one employee knows anything about it , the only one that knows is the manager and the Manager is Never Available always in a meeting , My Business is about Customer service and i refuse to do business with anyone who isn't on the same level or who can't provide the same service.

I love this bank. They always take good care of me and customer service has always been above and beyond courteous and friendly.

I am not a member of PNC. However, I have come into this branch on numerous occasions to make deposits. The staff at this branch are personable and a pleasure to work with. These ladies make coming to a bank a delightful experience!

Had problems with over charges even when account was on limited us atm charges my account at Belleville location when I first opened account charged my account $36.00 about 20 times never gave all refunds back .

Thays provided superb customer service and made my visit a positive experience! Thank You PNC:-)
