PNC Bank E Aurora Rd, Twinsburg

My husband has received the worst service at PNC Bank in Twinsburg. Carla was his Bank Teller, she was rude, rushy and cut the Camera Off through The drive up line while he was still there, and had more questions for her. Didn’t even make sure he was all set. Absolutely horrible service and the branch manager tries to justify her actions. Unacceptable. My husband is black and doesn’t surprise me he got treated this way. I will be writing to corporate. She needs to be fired.

tim the manager at Twinsburg location was EXTREMELY rude. he literally jumped at me before listening to my concerns. Perhaps he did not realize that PR and customer concerns should have been his foremost goals. The rest of the staff were not too bad. I am going to switch my account to Huntington Bank ASAP because of the unprofessional behavior of the above individual who didn’t seem to care about my business and who lacked managerial skills expected of him. I am sure I am not the first one who got a terrible service given the poor rating of this pnc branch. Thank You!

would not schedule a wire transfer due to low staff at location.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Refused to assist me in making a transfer, despite being a longtime customer. Manager stood there and basically told me too bad. Horrible.

Always use the drive thru .Cheryl is always pleasant and processes my transactions quickly

PNC Bank has extremely exorbitant fees! Be sure to ask about them before doing any banking here.
