PNC Bank Kingwood Dr, Kingwood

This bank is terrible especially for business accounts. Have been there for 20 yrs and will be moving all 3 of my business accounts from there. You can’t even get your bank information from before the PNC merger without charging me for it. Not my problem you don’t allow me to have access to MY bank info from when it was BBVA . Everything we were able to do through BBVA is no longer available with PNC.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with a bank. As a former banker I am in disbelief at how we were just treated. Banker would not release funds for a verified cashiers check into our personal account stating there was a mandatory five day hold because of a history of overdrafts. We have not had a single overdraft in our account in over three months and the ones previously were back to back resulting from fraud during covid. The banker lied to us and said he called to verify the check was good and there was nothing he could do because it was our fault. When we asked to speak to the manager, she said it was against their policy to call and verify funds—now we know they were both lying. We asked to have it deposited into our personal account which has never been overdrafted, and he lied and said he checked the account and that there were too many overdrafts on that account as well. Zero is too many? They both walked away from the window and refused to speak with us or answer any other questions. Drove to the branch in Kingwood across from the movie theatre. They are awesome and got the funds into our account within minutes. Seriously considered pulling everything from BBVA specifically because of this interaction.

deposited a check where funds were needed in an emergency. The next day it was available then all of a sudden my money gets “pending” and my account is at negative none of the call reps are helpful. One explained the check had to be verified and I would be able to atleast get partial then three days go by and i get told to wait longer Monday comes and now I’m being told until Tuesday that makes 7 days now i called last night to find out it will be 9 days later so here I am struggling with no car because it is in the shop because this bank will not give me access to my own money. I can’t take my children to the doctor and getting to work has been a hassle. I have worked very hard for my money only to not be able to have access to it due to this financial institution. I will be going to the better business bureau. It is unfair and very agonizing to go through this specially when it is affecting a new born and a toddler. It has also caused problems w me being in time to my job because I don’t have a car to get out of the shop. I already have a Wells Fargo account but I thought this bank would have better ability to help me however I see this is not correct.

Jeremy rocks - typically he is at Kingscrossing but thanks to Harvey he's in a temporary location. He has helped me out many, many times. My personal banker so easy to work with. Seriously BBVA is not paying him enough. His customer service skills are head and shoulders over the others.

I just had a question and the man didn’t even want to hear it. He rushed me off the phone and basically told me figure it out. Call the PNC ON 1960 they actually help you.

Customer service here is horrible. Make sure you come 30 minutes before closing, because you will get straight attitudes and rudeness. I don’t understand if your not going to be friendly, pick a different job that does not require dealing with the public. Or retire. ZERO stars

Me robaron en este banco no me dieron mi dinero correcto It is possible that they do not set the amount that corresponds, I demand justice, take care of the public in general, the personnel is not qualified to attend to theft. 

Staff is friendly. I don't like the fact that they are closed on Saturdays.

I do not recommend it at all, the people of the bank very rude and do not help you at all. I went to change a check of only 200 dlls and they did not want to change it and it is a check from this BBVA Compass Bank of my work company. Take my ID and asked me for a 2nd ID and 10 dlls.And in the end they did not change anything, they just made me lose my time and I really used to change my check !!!
