PNC Bank S Monaco Pkwy, Denver

My wife Sue has had incredibly positive experiences with the entire staff. Josh, most notably. As a small business owner with occasional hurdles, Josh has always helped her successfully navigate with both professional and personal acumen. Highly recommend this branch for excellent customer service and friendly, helpful attitudes.

PNC is a megabank like USBank or Wells Fargo with poor customer service and high unexpected fees. I set up a HELOC with BBVA and they sold out to PNC. So I'm stuck with the corporate wasteland. Now they are charging new fees not disclosed in the original paperwork. I went in a few minutes before five and they told me I'd have to make an appointment to come another day, gave me incorrect info, and informed me that tellers and bank managers have no ability to refund bogus fees. If you want poor service and hidden fees give them a shot. Josh was fabulous, but he's not there any more.

Went in to do cashier check and questions of fees around 1pm. The gentleman with glasses working the drive thru was polite and very helpful with everything. Thank you for pleasant experience

The staff at this branch (Ryan, Joey & Diana and past emploees, Joe, Senida), are amazing workers considering how short staff the branch is. My review is because of the "head" teller cynthia. When i come into the branch in the mornings, her eyes are bloodshot and there is a smell of marijuana coming through the window. I thought i was being paranoid until the other day when i saw her a few blocks away from the branch smoking weed in her car. She has messed up my account many times and now I know why. She has forgotten to deposit my money resulting in NSF fees and the inability to do check deposits via my mobile app because of these. I have also seen her get into verbal altercations with her team mates in a way that is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I do not think that employees should be high at work, especially in a bank where they are servicing peoples money!! I know that the bank is very understaffed but I dont believe this to be something that a ethical, community oriented bank should support. My hope is that they are not aware of it but will address it so that she stops doing this at work.

This bank is the worst bank ever biggest mistake I made. I work two jobs all week and I can't do my banking on Saturday cause they close. Why can't they be like all other Banks and be open on Saturday like the rest. As soon as I can I will close my account and go to a better bank

Josh and the rest of the employees are amazing! Josh has gone above and beyond to help me financially! I would 100% recommend this bank to anyone

Great workers! Great Customer service. You are treated like a person instead of a number. Feels like walking into a small town bank where people know you and care.

Posted my cash into the wrong account and then tried to tell me I was wrong ... worst branch...

The staff here is always friendly and very helpful I hardly ever have to wait in line when I go in there
