PNC Bank W University Dr, Mckinney

I’m in TX on business. It was until a had to make an hour drive that my company realized PNC had acquired our old bank. The location near Costco on University was the closest location on my GPS. I pulled up about 20 minutes to closing time. This location has no traditional teller line but Jason was super friendly and helpful for me finding out my companies new account number with PNC. I had to make my deposit (rather large) through the video teller as time did not allow to go to another relocation. The remote teller (Jasmine) was also very friendly and didn’t seem to mine that I took up 50 minutes of her time. PNC gets 5 stars for the customer service from me. If I ever need to rethink my personal banking I’ll be looking here. Thank you!

Made a withdraw here today on my long standing PNC account. The “solution center” video teller took over 10 minutes with no response and would not disburse my money. (There was plenty in the account and no above my daily limit.) asked the bank employees inside for assistance and they told me to try going to a different location to see a teller (previous BBVA Branch) This is unacceptable and I will do my absolute best to deter any future account opening activities for folks in the area. Never had such a terrible banking experience.

I decided I would try PNC out as an additional checking and savings account. I was greeted bt James Early and he was knowledgeable, intelligent and very respectful in assisting me with this project. I'm new to PNC but if it goes like it did with James today I believe I'm in good hands!

Don’t bother coming here; the employees are incapable of doing pretty much anything and the ATMs never work but if you mention it to the staff they’ll reply with a “good to know.”
