PNC Bank Rufe Snow Dr, Keller

Customer service non existent. Waited 35 min to make deposits. When I mentioned to the girl that it was not ok for me to wait that long she just replied OK. SMH . Will definitely be considering switching all my accounts to a different bank including personal. Is not the first time this happens.

BBVA was much better than the current PNC. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. The only reason I stayed after the transition was because of Natalie Brodnax.

I frequently use this branch, and everyone is always very helpful and courteous. They have always gone the extra mile to help resolve issues, help have papers notarized, and the kids love the lollipops the teller sticks in the tube when we come through the drive-thru.

I've used this bank for years and everyone has always been really friendly and helpful. They even let me have my new card mailed to their location when I was between homes and didn't have an address for them to send it to. Used the drive thru today with no wait time.

I have used the drive thru on several occasions. Never has his taken less than 20 minutes. If there were lines, high traffic time of day or complicated transactions ....understandable. No lines. Simple withdrawal. I just waited 15 minutes with not even a response to the call button. I will stick to using the Haslet and the Basswood locations.

I went into Compass a week after my husband passed away. Natalie Brodnax helped me so very much. I was completely lost on how to access my account or use the mobile app. She helped me set everything up and did it with kindness and compassion. She went above and beyond and let me monopolize her time without a single thought. I am so very grateful for her empathy and patience.

Female Manager DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. Bbva needs to do better. I’m glad I speak Spanish and was able to communicate with her. My wife does not speak Spanish so I can see this been a problem in the future.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Branch manager helped with me with several questions right away. 100% recommend to use this branch.

PNC IS A SCAM. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Can’t get done anything at this branch they have there own Policies not bank policies then I went to Southlake branch and that same Transaction went smoothly no problems no questions asked Southlake branch is much better and more Educated staff.
