Wanna pay a $7 a month fee so they can use the money in your checking account to make themselves money? Then go here, it used to be free. Also the ATM is always broken.

I have been coming to this branch for the last few months. Jose has always been very welcoming and very helpful. He makes me feel like a value customer.

When this was BBVA I attempted to use the atm and it suddenly “went offline”. A week later i attempted to deposit cash and i inserted $300 but the atm said i deposited $260. I reported the issue right before PNC took over. BBVA seemed to agree that the ATM was faulty. A week ago i received a letter stating my dispute was not valid and that i would charged back the $40. Well PNC charged me $40 twice. Since PNCs bank hours are absurd I decided to call their reps over the phone. After being transferred three times i was finally hung up on. So what is the moral of this story PNC? A customer complains and you retaliate by charging them? I’d like to mention that “transition” from BBVA to PNC occurred during a federal/banking holiday so no one available…down right awful bank. Future customers be warned: PNC IS AWFUL

After just having the worst, month long, experience at a credit union, we went to BBVA and were treated so well! Account opening was a breeze and everyone is so friendly! The security guard and gentlemen that opened our account went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend the BBVA on Grant!!! (Also, in case any one is wondering, they do have free account options with no monthly service fees)

Despite being explicitly told in writing to not contact me again and having no business relationship of any kind if BBVA they refuse to acknowledge and continue spamming me scam offers. They do not respect your privacy and outright refused to remove my personal information from their system. Bank literally anywhere else as BBVA will, unquestionably, no do anything you ask of them even going so far as to break the law.

Worst financial institution I've ever banked with. Someone used my account fraudulently & they closed my account with no phone call or notification until 90 days after the incident (when all the charges were completely indisputable) when I finally received paper work via postal mail! All of which left me completely responsible not only for the loss of the money I had in my account but also the large over draft amount that made me have to pay to even close the account without being sent to collections! I'm pretty sure this is NOT how the people a person trusts their money with is supposed to be managing people's money!

Started a business account here scammed me for my check. Kept it for over a week. I went in asked to cancel account and return check they refused. Then at the end gave me a check and closed my account blaming me for the innconnvienence and still didn't cash the cashiers check that was given to me. Went down to another branch and they cashed it. The amount of innconnvienence and stress they put on me was one the worst. Don't ever come to this branch unless you like dealing with ignorant clerks with no respect for clients. I've dealt with many banks this bank makes me realize how much better this were. Dealing with this bank is like dealing with a bank in a foreign country. Go to a real American bank this bank shouldn't even call itself a bank

Have only been with this bank for 3 weeks and i got charged a ISA fee... apparently they charge you 5% if you use your card for any company that isnt located in the USA. How am i supposed to know where these online companies are located. This actually branch hasnt been questioned nor has aby communication been made with them...however this review is for the company.. so it effects them all.

The branch manager of 120& Washington overnighted my card after explaining him the issue I had when ordering a replacement, he kindly waived the rush fee since -I was going out of town- and send it to this location which is on my way home (so thoughtful) he said that the branch will give me a call as soon as they receive the card, it’s been 2 weeks since they received it and no call whatsoever. I went to this branch today and employees here always been courteous and kind. I work in the customer service industry, and never give the service Janessa provided me this afternoon. She seemed to be the only teller at this location, after explaining her the whole situation I asked her why they didn’t call me to pick up my card and her answer was “because we haven’t received it yet”, made my withdrawal and she started looking for my card and she said that they haven’t received anything... as a Latina I have 2 first names and 2 last names, that’s when she said “so you go by Nicole Trisolini OR WHATEVER YOUR LAST NAME IS?”; what kind of question is that? Came out rude and disrespectful, she found my card and asked one of the bankers to get it, she did not apologize for not giving me a call or for the inconvenience, on top of that she processed a deposit for another client while I was at her desk without even asking me if I was okay with it. Clearly customer experience is different when you go to a different location. I definitely understand the pressure of being the only person at a teller line but that’s not an excuse to provide poor customer service.

They got some new employees in the past 2 months and they hardly understand English . Plus they don’t have manners and the bank always smells like Cheetos
